Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners but may not be used for profit.

I own all rights to my commission work. I am allowed to post it on my social media (unless requested otherwise) and include it in my portfolio and marketing. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.

The customer can request for me to credit you if the artwork includes their original character/s.

Listed prices are the base prices. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet the customer's request, if the request falls under subjects I will not do (see the do’s and dont’s list) or for any personal reason.

Please wait patiently for the commission to be finished, I tend to draw slowly and that should be kept in mind. The customer is welcome to ask for updates if there have not been any in a while. I normally provide updates at the sketch, flat colors, and final check phases. Let me know if updates are not wanted.

Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but give credit to me and use the watermarked version I will give.

Please provide ideas and references. If there is a wish to commission a character design the customer should provide the character’s personality, background, and backstory and either a detailed description or a mood board.

PAYMENT

Before starting the piece the customer can either make a 50% deposit if the commission is over 10 euros or 11.61 dollars (the other half has to be paid on approval of the last stage) or pay the total price upfront.

Payment is via PayPal.

It is the responsibility of the customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring the money.

Refunds will be issued if the customer is not happy with the sketch and/or needs to cancel the commission (I will keep 25% if I have done a lot of work on the sketch already). If the piece is past the next stage there will not be refunds.

The customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received.

Certain types of work do not allow for a split payment. In such cases the customer will be informed about this and will be asked to agree on a different payment schedule, before any work can commence.

Payment plans can be arranged for larger commissions.

In the event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed.

Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me cancelling the commission. I will be keeping 50% of the total payment, if any more has been paid it will be refunded

PROCESS

I will send progress images of the artwork for the customer to review and approve before I proceed to continue artwork.

Once I am finished with the piece, I will send one final check for the customer's review.

The customer has the right to 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase.

The customer has the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after I send a progress image or the final check.

More revisions will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email the customer full resolution PNG files of the work and watermarked JPEGS for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
